Freedom Forum has filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court of Nepal
on 18 November, 2007 to declare Article 4(1) of the Crime against State
and Punishment Act, 2046 ultra vires, as it contravenes with the
Interim Constitution of the Nepal 2063.
